Late Fee Policy

Effective April 2007, Taylor Appraisal Services has instilled a late fee policy on ALL invoices 30 or more days past due. The fees are as follows:

31-60 days past due accrues 5% of total fees due

61-90 days past due accrues 10% of total fees due

91-120 days past due accrues 15% of fees due

120+ days past due accrues 20% of fees due

Personal Checks

Effective May 22, 2007, Taylor Appraisal Services will no longer accept personal checks for payment. We accept cash, cashier's check/money order, and credit card payments.

We're Moving

Effective June 1, 2007, Taylor Appraisal Services will have a new address. We will now be stationed at:

1031 18th Street, Unit C, Vero Beach, FL 32960

All other contact information will be the same.
